This alliance aims to bring together the expertise and cutting-edge technologies of both EVO Power and Ingeteam to further advance the utility-scale energy storage market. The partnership provides EVO Power access to Ingeteam’s liquid-cooled, bi-directional storage inverter technology for deployment in its AMP Series Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

Paired with the latest liquid-cooled LFP battery technology, the AMP Series BESS allows Utility Networks and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) to benefit from low Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), high efficiencies, and multi-mode applications.

These include power smoothing, firming, time shifting, and grid support/ancillary services like Frequency Control Ancillary Services (FCAS), synthetic inertia, and black start capabilities.

EVO Power Group CEO Jamie Allen said, “We are thrilled to partner with Ingeteam, a global leader in electrical power conversion solutions. This collaboration will enable us to leverage Ingeteam’s advanced utility scale power electronics capabilities and technical expertise, allowing us to provide innovative and sustainable energy storage solutions to our customers.
